Beekman Spring 2024 Auction - All online! The bidding will start closing on April 4th at 9AM 

Please note this is an UNRESERVED auction, while we do our best to accurately describe items it is still entirely the buyers responsibility to make sure items are in working order and measurements are accurate. Please do your homework! 

We do our best to add as many photos of the items and descriptions we get from our consignors but the BEST WAY to ensure you are happy with the item you are bidding on is to see it in person or have a friend come check it out.

Best Viewing Date: April 3rd as all equipment will be on site @ Heritage Park Chilliwack

This is an UNRESERVED Auction. All sales are final. Equipment is as is where is. Buyer is responsible to verify equipment and is responsible for equipment after purchase. 

Equipment and lot drop off days March 30, April 1st & 2nd - 8AM - 5PM @ Heritage Park.  

Fee Structure for 2024:

Buyers Fees

Payment by credit card with 3% fee, Bank check, E-transfer or Cash prior to equipment leaving yard.

Purchases up to $10,000:            12.5%

Purchases $10,001 - $30,000:    4.8% (with $1,250 min. fee)

Purchases $30,000+:                 $1,500

Sellers Fees

We want to be transparent with our commissions so there are no surprises for our sellers. There will be a $25/ lot consigned fee. $150 fee for items requiring registration. 

$0 to $500:              30%

$501 to $1,500:        25%

$1,501 to $2,500:     20%

$2,501 to $10,000:     15%

$10,001 to $19,999:   12.5%

$20,000+:                  10%

All bids are unremovable once placed.

Payment is due by Monday, April 8. Credit card will be charged on file after Monday April 8 if there has been no attempt at contacting Beekman Auctions for pick up or at Beekman Auctions discretion. 

Pick up can begin as soon as you are done bidding on Thursday April 4th. Otherwise Friday April 5th, Saturday April 6th, and Monday April 8th.  - Daily 8:00AM - 5:00PM. (Please note that there is no pickup available on Sunday). 

Pick Up @ Heritage Park Chilliwack. Shipping can be arranged, contact staff ahead of time for best options. Staff will be available to help load and unload equipment. A storage fee will be charged at a rate of $25/day on any item not collected by Tuesday April 8th.
